Sports Physicals
It is required by MHSAA that any student playing a sport have a current yearly physical on file before the first day of practice. This is for grades 7th-12th. Physicals are recommended for elementary but not required. MHSAA forms are available at the High School (or on line under the Athletic Forms page) and need to be completed and signed on both sides. The MHSAA rule states that for an athletic physical to be honored for the 2013-2014 school year, it must be dated on or after April 15, 2013.
